• □ Acceptance of bookings starts 3months prior to your staying month. (eg.bookings in April starts on 1st of Jan.)
• □ Payment for the whole stay must be made in cash at the check in. We do not accept credit cards or T/C at the front desk.
• □ A one night cancellation fee applies to any bookings cancelled on the date of your arrival, and 50% fee applies for cancellations being made the day before.
• □ Check-in is strictly between 15:00~23:00.
• □ Please contact us if you wish to book the whole dormitory room.
• □ Higher prices may apply during the peak season.
• □ We accept children in the private room (twin room), accompanied by their legal guardian. We have a 15-year-old age restriction for the dormitory rooms. (Request by Email may apply)
• □ Rooms are located up stairs. There is no lift in our building.
